WARRANTY

Motorola Business Two-Way Radios and accessories are covered by a one year replacement warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from date of original purchase by the end user. This warranty excludes units which show signs of abuse or excessive wear.

For warranty replacement, call Wireless Solutions at 864-281-0217 for a Return Authorization Number. Any returns without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Once a return authorization number has been issued, send the defective radio to Wireless Solutions 2720 E. Phillips Road Greer, SC 29650 with the RA notated on the outside of the box. A new replacement radio will be sent.

If date of manufacture is more than one year old, include a copy of the sales invoice to the end user which shows that it was purchased within the year.

NON WARRANTY REPAIR

WSI provides out of warranty repair service for Motorola radios at a cost of $72.00 per radio plus return freight. Call for pricing on all other brands. Batteries, belt clips, and removable antennas are accessories and replacements are not included in repair costs.
