WARRANTY

Vertex Standard products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Vertex Standard original accessories are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase

Vertex Standard will repair the radio free of charge and pays return shipping via UPS RED. Turn around time is typically 4 business days. Please include a note describing the failure and a copy of the purchase invoice when returning items for warranty repair. Please keep a copy of the shipping details and the radio serial number for tracking purposes.

NON WARRANTY REPAIR

Out of warranty products may be sent to Vertex for repair. Vertex will provide an estimate before doing any work. The repair rate is $70.00 per hour plus parts. Vertex does not charge its Dealers a bench fee if the radio is beyond repair, however, Dealers are required to pay return shipping charges.
